Default Down Pipe

So my down pipe is cracked right where it goes 2 to 1. I went to get the hole welded but the garage I went to didn't wanna touch it stating it was to thin (from being ground down) when I was really low. Anyways, I am simply trying to source either a new Y- pipe with or without cat to either weld to my cat or simply bolt up.

My question is do the upper sections of the down pipes from the 318i fit ? IE this section http://prussianmotors.com/Empower/Pi...inv_001428.jpg

Second question: If anyone has one near me pm me with a price
