It really woke the car up above 3000rpm and it pulls nice and hard up to 7000. I have had absolutely no issues with the tuned DME. __________________ ~Dave~ 98 328ti Morea Grun slicktop 11 128i space gray slicktop 13 JGC WK2 Deep Cherry Search | RealOEM | | | 09-02-2011, 02:43 AM | #77 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2010 Location: Ottawa Posts: 579 | Quote: Originally Posted by spidertri I've been running the M44 midnight tune since June and I love it. Do you have an handheld unit or a computer program or do I need to down my car and send you my DME? I have cables. What if you want to go back to stock? Is my stock tune backed up somewhere or you just keep a generic M44 stock tune around. Any options for getting a wideband and logging to fine tune? | | | 09-07-2011, 03:36 AM | #83 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2010 Location: Ottawa Posts: 579 | Quote: Originally Posted by 98318ti Sorry if you've already answered this somewhere, I meant how is the tune delivered. You need to be USA based and the Test DME will be sent with stock code and include EWS and key so the car can be driven. Barrie needs to approve and quote pricing | | | 09-07-2011, 03:41 PM | #86 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2007 Location: Auburn, WA Posts: 1,814 | Barries tune is the best, I used to have the dinan tune and let me tell u, from dinan to midnight tune was like going from stock to a race tune, lots of power all the way to redline (7300rpms now) its just awesome. __________________ 5/96 318TI Sport BIG TURBO | | | 09-07-2011, 04:09 PM | #87 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2011 Location: Michigan Posts: 183 | Thanks for the offer John, but I would probably just wait for a holiday or something. I can get him to school, it's just a little inconvenient. I appreciate the feedback from both you and Jean.
