The last six months...and the next two

I bought my green 95 ti in November, I think it was. I got married in December. I suffered a semi-serious head injury in December, 911 was called and a few months of rehab. Now I am planning on going across country.

I am planning on moving back to Charlotte, NC, where I grew up. I used to live in Los Angeles and now I am living in the SF area, Berkeley. I think I will be going after my birthday, July 19. We will also miss the DNC in Charlotte as well.

Anyways, that's why I did not respond to my last post. I have had a lot going on. The reason for this post is to ask if there is anyone in the Charlotte Area that would like to meet up when I get there. Maybe show me some new restaurants in town. I grew up there but left when I was 17 for the Marine Corps. Stationed in Camp Pendleton, CA when I got out so I just moved to the LA area upon discharge. Got bored of LA and moved to Berkeley. I can't stand Berkeley. Been here a couple of years and just want out of the Bay Area. So, I am moving back home with my new wife. My mom moved to California after I enlisted. Ready to move back to Charlotte and set up shop. I have not even set up a place to stay yet. Going to hit a hotel and look for a house to rent.

The proposed route is to go through Reno, Salt Lake, Cheyenne, Denver, Amarillo, Dallas,, New Orleans, Jacksonville, Atlanta, BMW Plant, Charlotte.

If anyone lives along that route and knows of a top notch restaurant, let me know. I love finding great food.
