If you look closely at the Eurosport page it gives a manuf date of 1/95 with no end date. That says to me it's not available for the 1996+ M44s. Am I reading this wrong? As I understand it only Dinan, BavAuto and Technique Tuning offer M44 reprogramming software (not chips). __________________ My Former Rides 1999 318ti Alpine White, Cali Roof, Dinan goodies 1996 318ti Hellrot California Edition | | | 02-17-2005, 11:50 PM | #20 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Tyler, TX Posts: 1,022 | Quote: Originally Posted by 96cali Please be clear y'all on 1995 M42/OBD1 vs 1996-99 M44/OBD2. To say "I want a chip for my '97" is inherently wrong though I understand the intent of wanting to upgrade the software. Just trying to be clear so the thread starter some concise info from the effort. You were more clear than others, no offense intended. And the "y'all" was a boondoggle- I'm a yankee. __________________ My Former Rides 1999 318ti Alpine White, Cali Roof, Dinan goodies 1996 318ti Hellrot California Edition | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
