Default Weird nosie's!

After you guy's converted (swaped motors), have any of you heard metalic or almost like you ran over something when you slow down or apply your breaks after accelerating? It also happens when I am just crusing at a set speed. I had it looked at, And the shop said that it happens with all conversion cars.

Where does it seem like its coming from? If its from the rear it could be your diff. In the middle could be your tranny, clutch, etc.

It sounds like it is coming from underneath the driver side. Like I said earlier, I had it checked out where I got the swap done and they said that it is common for all conversion cars to have funny noises. Is it just me or does that just not sound right.

Do you have a light flywheel? Some 'rattling' in neutral is common with a lighter flywhel.

My car makes this noise, ut it is only heard in neutral, in a garage, where the sound can bounce off a close wall. Otherwise, I don't notice it at all...

Yeah I do have a lightened flywheel, And I know about that noise. I wish that that was what it was but it is not. I have jacked the car up and looked underneath, and still nothing. I doesn't happen all the time, just speratically. I have a feeling that their is not an explination for this noise.

the only strange noise i get is from the vanos. it sounds like 'marbles in a can' at idle. i even replaced the vanos and it helped a bit but it is still noticeable. has anyone else experienced this? if so how did you get rid of it?
