Hey all, I'm a new member to this message board and I have a little query.
I have a 94(Dec)318ti and I want to change the turn signals from amber to clear. Now is this an easy thing to do myself or should I get them fitted? I did it on my VW Golf and it was easy but as the signals are next to the headlights on the ti, I'm wondering if it will be more difficult?
Plus should I buy original BMW ones for £80, or get non-original ones for £40?
Thanks for any help.

it is ridiculously easy to fit the clear indicators all you need is a screwdriver and about 5 minutes. Here are the instructions

as for the best ones just check out the quality.Make sure they are properly sealed all the way around, so you don't get water problems. Also the ti's use the clears from a 4 door car.
Good Luck

Thanks, I'm going to have a look at them on saturday, but I'm sure they must be pretty standard, just that BMW put a huge mark up on the price!!
