There is a factory spoiler for the ti that some do not like. I think it's OK myself (P/N 51.71.2.490.054 ~$95.00).
I have a photo posted of a ti with an M3GT spoiler on it in my personal photo album. I'm planning on doing this with my car.

i'd say it probably does fit...if not you could always get your money back from BMW parts. __________________
