There is a factory spoiler for the ti that some do not like. I think it's OK myself (P/N 51.71.2.490.054 ~$95.00).

I have a photo posted of a ti with an M3GT spoiler on it in my personal photo album. I'm planning on doing this with my car.

I think the well-known tuners of Germany have smaller spoilers available, if these suit you.

i'd say it probably does fit...if not you could always get your money back from BMW parts.

The E46 M3 uses a similar 'lip' spoiler. Maybe you would want to try that fit as well??
