7k? good thing he says "negotiable" he also says it has 15" rims but if you look at the pics he has the 16" sport rims

As far as I know. The PO wasn't really much of a BMW or car enthusiast for that fact. All I know is he lied his ass off when he sold it to me. Running on 15s.

I also have those wheels in 15"s. Looks like a clean car and I definitely think its worth $7k in the condition its in.

Yes, they are available in 15", 16" and 17" diameters. Check this out for more info.
