My exhaust manifold is blowing, can I weld it at the Flange? I'm having trouble getting it away from the engine because of the steering drive shaft. Anyone help???
If the damn steering wheel was on the correct side you wouldn't have this problem!!!
Seriously, be careful of the steering shaft- it is easy to damage. You (or a better welder- I have no idea of your skill) should be able to TIG it nicely. Best would be to remove it, obviously, and weld it on the bench.
