Default "repair shop" rear shock mounts from turner motorsport

anybody here using "repair shop" rear shock mounts from turner motorsport. What is the quality of these mounts, good bad, better or worse than e46 rear shock mounts? I dont want solid mounts. Essentially, what is the best non soild rear shock mount avaibable right now?
