Default Instrument panel lights

There are a few green lights and 2 red ones and a orange light that light up when the car is switched on. What do these lights mean?

I`m not sure which lights turn on and I can`t check at the moment, but how do I read these lights and what is there to know about them.

Thanks

If you mean the bottom lights (all in a row) they are service lights.... you either need to get the car to a dealership/BMW shop RIGHT NOW... or you've been doing the scheduled maintenance but haven't been resetting the computer(service lights).

The green + orange meens you're fine, and have a while to go before the maintainance. When the green run out, and only the orange is on, then it's time to schedule the maintainance. When red comes on to the right of the orange, it means you're past due. I know, because I changed my own oil, but couldn't reset the lights, so I kinda ignore them and go by mileage.
