I'm in...
96 ti Sport
92 M50 non-vanos.
This swap may be short-lived. I just found a complete S50 close to home.

96' Ti with 96 m52 2.8 with a few mods done:

-M50 manifold conversion , bored TB
-Decat and cat back scorpion twin system
-BMC big bore induction kit with CAI
-US M3 cams
-chipped by AMD
-Fan delete and lighweight pulleys
-Ti sport LSD

and using the standard Getrag Ti box i managed 218 rwhp

Accelerates Faster than an E46 M3 upto 100mph then the M3 has the advantage...

once i get the money im going to be doing an S54 with the six speed manual transmission into my ti...its going to be a hell of a journey to do so...but i will do it...ive read a great deal of threads on people swapping the s54 into the e30...but not many people want the s54 in the e36
