Default Windows not responding

Today as I parked my car I pushed the window button to roll up the windows automatically. First the passenger side then the driver side. The Driver side window stopped after traveling only a few inches. Now neither window will roll up or down, they do not respond to any input what so ever. The sunroof works fine and all other electrical things in my car work fine. just the windows do not work. Is there a way I might have accidentally locked the windows with out knowing it? The car didn't come with a manual so I don't have that as a resource. It is a 95 base model. Does it even have window locks? How do I unlock it? What else should I do or look for to fix this problem?
Thanks.

Sounds like a blown fuse.. The window motors are on a different fuse than the sunroof motor.

Yeah, I'm sure its a fuse. My passenger one wouldnt roll up one time, it ended up being the switch. There are little plastic tabs in the switch that push the button to roll the window up or down. One of the tabs broke, so it would go down just not up.
