Default Type 73 wheels

Hi,
Does anyone know if OEM type 73 17" wheels fit a 97 TI with stock ride height? I currently have a set of 17" TSW's but I love the look of the 73's and I found a set on C-list but I'm not sure what the backspacing is on them and if they fit without needing spacers.

Style 73's are 17x7; ET 47, so they should fit just fine on a ti.

Depending on the tires you're running and the look you're going for, you could probably even put a 10-12mm spacer on those wheels and still be OK. I'm running Style 22's (17x7.5; ET41) and they look like this:

According to the wheel calculator, a 17x7; ET47 will have about 12mm more inset on the outer edge than the wheels in my picture. The inner edge (clearance between struts/shocks) is the same. Neither fronts nor rears rub on mine, but the rears have a bit of negative camber (lowered; no camber kit installed).

Thanks again Zoner, I like the stance of your Ti. I'm thinking of dropping mine a bit but I use it as a daily driver and some of the roads I drive on are rough! I did put a call in on those type 73 wheels but have yet to hear back. After screwing around online I think I might have found something I like better if I dont go OEM. I'm thinking the Sparco Pista wheels would look sick on my car
