Default Project to e36 318ti!! Help!! :D

How are you doing guys? im new in the forum.. and i learned so much with ppl posting and telling their experience, so here is the deal...

i am about to buy(in a week or so..) a 318ti 1995, the guy had a project of putting a turbo in it, so he took the fan in the front of the engine (for more room) and the windshield watter reservatory, and put it in the back, also took out the seats in the back, because he was gonna put in a big sound system.. and he sanded the car, primed it, dunno what happened and had a m3 bumper added... moral of the story.. he ran out of money, and now hes selling it.. i know him, so i know he took car of the engine.. but neither the outsite nor the inside is looking so good.. he wants 1500 for the car, first, do you guys think its worth it? and i will have about 500 to 1000 bucs to put it in it after i buy it.. so here is the big probblem..

i wanna make it nicer, but faster, so what should i do first? its got a nice exaust, and Cold Air Intake but i was readding about installing headers, lightweight fliwheel, etc... what do you guys recoomend me doing at first, to get some good power out of my car at fiirst, and ill have some pics very soon..

thanks a look, and follow this progress if it intrestes you (grammar sucks, i know!!!)

If you want the car to be "nicer, it's going to need to be painted. That will take most of, if not more than, your $500-1000.

The interior could be fairly expensive too, depending on which interior it has and whether he still has the parts he took out.

hello there, so ends up the guy gave the car to his brother, grr, no, that pick was when he took off for painting, i painted flat black, but then he sanded it again, but here is what came down to..
he gave it to his brother, and i really reaally wanna get a e36!!! i just fell in love for it!! so i looked around the wholle weekend.. and this is what i found..
http://ontario.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...AdIdZ235608924
i checked the car today, the interior is mint, really nice.. it drives pretty good, but u see what it looks like, funky.. pluuss.. the other on looks even better then that one..(body) but has no bumper, and has a arizona ownership, so i can only use for parts.. so i offered my 2000 ford focus, its got 170k on it, the bimmer has 250k.. and i said i would like to trade it, so he is giving me 2 cars for one.. well, 1 car, because one is for parts, and the 1996 has a m44, 1.9l engine, better then the 1.8, on the 95..
so i ask you guys what u think..

Can't see the ad, it's either gone already or can't be viewed from the UK...
