Default Weird Noise from compressor...

Hey guys I've noticed a weird noise coming from the compressor when accelerating or decelerating, usually in the lower range of the rpms...
what could it be? Do I need to replace the compressor, or do I need to recharge oil and all that stuff?
Help!....
Thanks in advanced....

BTW
it's somewhat of a whining noise...
