Exclamation Tire Size Question, 235 too wide?

I have the 1996 318ti with the sport 5 spoke stock wheels. (see My 318ti pictures) They came with 225/55/16 stock. I'm curious if i could go to a 235 on those rims???

I know that 235's will fit inside the wheel well, but my question is, will 235's fit on my Rims
