Default Well its official

Ive officially replaced my 318ti California today. This morning I woke up to a 2005 325i Sport with a 5 speed. Some of you probably remember my comments Ive been making for years about selling the ti due to the fact that its an automatic and over Thanksgiving I had put it up for sale, although that only lasted a day before I was back at school. The ti has been sitting in my driveway since and at the moment seems content not to start. Hopefully Ill come back to the 318ti someday, this time with a better transmission, since my new ride wont be seeing any track/auto-x time anytime soon. Well here are some pics of the beast..... front plate and dealer stickers FTL.

Thanks to all the 318ti.org members that have helped me out with my car over these last few years.

Nice car! Sport package (a must IMO) and 5-speed I'm really thinking about picking up an E46. Such great deals now!

Yeah Ill probably hang around, I really do love these cars. Snow only hangs around here for so long and then its very straight, unfortunately, but very dry roads. I guess Im a bit of a purist at heart and wanted RWD, even if its a pain in the winter.... shes already gotten stuck this morning due to the summer tires (Texas car). Hopefully a set of Blizzaks will help next year, they certainly did on the ti.

Congrats on the acquisition!

Yeah its absolutely atrocious and the dealer it represents is even worse, they are notorious for their terrible customer service and less than honest policies. My dad was lucky enough to get screwed there back in the 80s with his first BMW, an 87 325 sedan (for nostalgia Im gonna get the same plates he had "4 FLY N"). I had to hide it at the grandmas house down the street so my dad could avoid the flak from his brother but once I get down there that sucker is coming off.

Congrats on the E46! At least you stayed in the BMW family. Hope you will get to sell the ti soon.
