Default Anyone use low cost insurance like Geico or esurance?

I'm contemplating switching from Progressive whom I've had for 7 years for Geico, esurance or something else. I think I can save about $200/6 months. Just want any opinions on customer service, claims adjustment, etc.

I have the gecko, customer services is fantastic so far, but I haven't had to file any claims yet.

i have progressive, after using AAA, they're all pretty comparably priced, i checked all the internet insurrance providers and they were dollars if not cents apart.

Thanks for the replies guys. Esurance would would save me almost $250 every 6 mos. They want about $450 vs. $700 for Progressive. I think Geico was around $550. That's for 2 cars (318ti & Passat). Think I'm going esurance based on Jerseybmw. When I sugn up I'll see if I can get you a referral bonus.

I had a 88 Nissan Sentra and a 89 Mazda 626 on Geico... liability only...cost about 350 per 6 months. Added the 318ti with full coverage and a 500$ deductable...added 350 per 6 months to my bill... I am 28 and have a spotless driving record...married too. Hope that helps.
