I'm contemplating switching from Progressive whom I've had for 7 years for Geico, esurance or something else. I think I can save about $200/6 months. Just want any opinions on customer service, claims adjustment, etc. __________________ My Former Rides 1999 318ti Alpine White, Cali Roof, Dinan goodies 1996 318ti Hellrot California Edition | | | 08-25-2005, 10:33 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2005 Location: St. Louis Posts: 138 | I have the gecko, customer services is fantastic so far, but I haven't had to file any claims yet. __________________ 97 sport | | | 09-14-2005, 10:21 PM | #3 | Junior Member Join Date: Jul 2005 Location: Virginia Beach. Esurance would would save me almost $250 every 6 mos. They want about $450 vs. $700 for Progressive. I think Geico was around $550. That's for 2 cars (318ti & Passat). Think I'm going esurance based on Jerseybmw. When I sugn up I'll see if I can get you a referral bonus. __________________ My Former Rides 1999 318ti Alpine White, Cali Roof, Dinan goodies 1996 318ti Hellrot California Edition | | | 09-15-2005, 04:44 AM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: Virginia Posts: 247 | I had a 88 Nissan Sentra and a 89 Mazda 626 on Geico... liability only...cost about 350 per 6 months. Added the 318ti with full coverage and a 500$ deductable...added 350 per 6 months to my bill... I am 28 and have a spotless driving record...married too. Hope that helps. __________________ Silver 98 318ti Standard trans, Sport Package: 16" Stock Wheels, Foglamps, Sunroof, Heated Leather Seats, Bilstein performance shocks, OEM Sach's clutch kit, Dunlop SP Sport A2 225/50/16 tires, Alpine CDA 7894, Dual Rockford Fosgate 12" subs, Rockford Fosgate Amp, Leather Armrest, Replaced M44 engine with only 40k on it! http://www.geocities.com/evalha/bmwsmaller.JPG | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
