ahhhhhhh! you are a lifesaver! Thanks man. Damn I love this forum.

oh and about the replacement: Yeah, it's easy to replace...you just got to be very careful with the bottom two tabs - they keep the bottom part tucked in...if the snap...then it will never look right again.

With me, my bottom right tab snapped off, and the top right is also coming out because the screw hole is worn out - so it isn't a hole anymore...thus, my whole right side is peeping out and it's starting to look ghetto rigged.

On mine the dials wore off some of the plastic so I can see light coming through.
