Default What is Fault code EMISSION (LAMBDA) CONTROL

Does any one know about the fault code Emission (lambda) Control? What does it mean? What causes fault? How to fix? Could it mean I have leaky Fuel injector and car is running rich and cause rough idle? Could it mean that ICV is bad? Or the O2 primary is bad? Or could it be a mixture of all? WHAT THE F**K IS "EMISSION (lambda) CONTROL

The O2 sensor is called a lambda sensor so it probably refers to the oxygen sensor, but there should be a four digit number associated with the trouble code that is more informative.
