I had 2 other guys in the car and both are pretty much perfect there was no broken bones in this accident but mine. i drove for no longer than 15 mins and i was actually driving slow up there for once. i was going aound 35 and on one of the turns is was covered with black ice. i went into the turn fine but when the back tires hit it started to drift towards the moutain i tried to control it but i just caused it more worse. I rolled down that side of the mountain for about 800 feet. The car is not only totalled but has now been crushed. I broke my head, my eyebrow bone, and my left jaw. Other than that i was perfectly fine. It took me 2 weeks to recover ...so sad that this happened but grateful that i am alive. __________________ Live Everyday As If Its Your Last A friend is someone who is willing to step into a flame to save you........aka a 318ti | | | 02-17-2008, 06:04 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: SW Florida Posts: 4,275 | get well soon __________________ Sean 1995 Active | | | 02-17-2008, 06:04 PM | #3 | Moderator Join Date: Dec 2006 Location: SoCal318ti Posts: 1,574 | Garik, we have been informed of your accident brother and created a Get Well Soon thread. I was lucky to come off that alive too, but anyways the first time you get behind the wheel you'll see the mental impact of the accident. But just keep at it and eventually you be able to drive without you tripping. | | | 02-18-2008, 05:09 AM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2006 Location: G-dale, California Posts: 1,698 | thanks i know im tripping about driving already but i wont have to worry about that for a good 4 months lol __________________ Live Everyday As If Its Your Last A friend is someone who is willing to step into a flame to save you........aka a 318ti | | | 02-18-2008, 05:13 AM | #13 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Denver, Colorado Posts: 3,212 | Yea, right after my accident i would trip whenever cars got to close and i wasn't even driving. But yea as long as your doing better that's all that matters. You'll work on others things when it comes time to. But yea everyone here was worried about you when Hugo let us know what had happened. | | | 02-18-2008, 05:50 PM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: Eugene Oregon Posts: 6,182 | yeah you just gotta be calm when you drive and try and relax! dont be to stressed. its very easy to get stressed out __________________ -Josh Sold-1995 318ti, Club Sport, Hellrot Sold-1996 318ti, Active Model, Boston Green Current- 1995 318ti, sport model, schwartz | | | 02-18-2008, 06:02 PM | #15 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2003 Location: cary, nc Posts: 2,259 | wow that is intense....glad to see everyone is doing alright....get well soon bro! __________________ 1995 318ti Active Pioneer Speakers [] Aluminum Billet door locks [] ACS Pedals/Deadrest [] ACS Shift Knob / E-Brake Handle [] Clear Corners/Tails/Sides [] Sylvania Exterior Lighting [] Custom CAI [] Dinan Engine Chip [] Dinan Transmission Chip [] H&R Race Springs [] Tokico Illumina Shocks [] BMW X-Brace [] Relocated Lighter Mod [] Custom iPod Mod http://www.cardomain.com/id/robcarync | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
