Question Projector fog lights

Hi all.
I am looking for a replacement set of fog lights for my 97 ti and found this:

Is the first time I see this lights and would like to know if someone has them installed, are they any good?

I dont have these but have seen them on eBay for much much cheap.

I got the same from ebay for $60 with the shipping. The quality is good and they look cool at my black bumper. I put sky blue H3 bulbs. Here is the link where I got them from

they're ok.
probably would only look go on a black car.
but the contrast black would make it stand out in a very "ricey" manner on an other color.

Would you guys say that its better to have projectors in your fogs or not? I plan to put HID's in my fogs. Sry to kinda take over your thread, i thought it was still a bit on topic.
