__________________ -Josh Sold-1995 318ti, Club Sport, Hellrot Sold-1996 318ti, Active Model, Boston Green Current- 1995 318ti, sport model, schwartz | | | 01-10-2008, 01:52 AM | #57 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: Eugene Oregon Posts: 6,182 | UPDATE UPDATE: so to start things off where they left off i had another check up at the doctors and he said its time to start physical therapy. he set me up to do it for 3 weeks at 2 times a week and then have one more check up after all that. so i schedule to have physical therapy on monday (two days ago) and get in there to find out they cant get a hold of my workers comp number and the accountant wont answer their or my calls. so i dont get seen or treated. the physical therapist tells me he will call back when he can get a hold of the accountant and then reschedule. so yesterday he calls me back and says pete (the accountant) has yet to return any of his phone calls and then i call pete again no answer. i text him a really long message saying i HAVE to have the worker comp claim number before i will get seen he later texts me back and says i dont know what you are talking about you dont have a workers comp claim number. so today i figure i will get to he bottom of this i go into work and start asking questions to find out that they dont have workers comp and they dont have any insurance at all. they sent the doctors a check to cover the bills but when i needed physical therapy they felt i didnt need it and shouldnt have to have any help. i was like HELLO doctors note saying i have to have it! and they then change the subject to we paid the physical therapist heres a copy of the check and the check was written out to the doctor not the physical therapist and they said well if you want physical therapy you can do it out of your own pocket. so i put my two weeks for work, they said dont bother with the next two weeks just be on your way today. then i go home and got a hold of an attorney and he passed the case onto another attorney which will be getting a hold of me in the next day hopefully. wow what a day!!!
