I'm like ATF, haven't really had any issues with them. Ordered the bumper, smoked corners, and birthday bash pricing a while back (bumper was $100 + 15 shipping). I called a couple days later when I hadn't heard from them yet. I wanted to make sure I got the bumper before I went out of town so I could take it to the shop. Bumper was shipped the next day and I had it a couple days later.

Headlights bought with the birthday bash pricing were supposed to start shipping March 31st. Hadn't heard anything a week later so I called them again. The next day I had a tracking number and the box arrived a couple days later. I hadn't ordered angel eyes with my lights, but they came with them installed. Not sure if they did that by mistake or because of the delay in shipping. Original order was placed on the website.

I'd buy from them again. It might take a little while to get the product, and even some prompting to get it shipped in the first place, but the quality seems good and the prices are hard to beat. I would simply say don't order from them if you need it in a hurry.

There's a guy on BF.c who has been waiting for a tracking number for 24 days. I've only been waiting for 15 days, I guess I should feel lucky

I told him I needed the clear corner lights asap since one of mine fell out and broke and I've already gotten a ticket for it. He said my order was in line and they are working on orders from 3/30-4/2 today. He said he would ship out my corner lights today since I needed them. He isn't going to charge me extra for the shipping since I've been waiting for my order too.

I asked how long they have been in business, he told me they have been doing wholesale sales of all these items and more since '01, but this is the first year they have opened up retail.

we will see if it actually ships out today or not, but so far they have been reasonable. and they didn't have to eat the shipping on my corner lights, but they did.

I ordered on the 15th of this month, and on the 22nd they were still working on orders from the 31st of march. If you ordered before the 4th or so of this month I wouldn't expect anything for a few more days.

Talked to Paul again today at about noon, he said he put a note on my order, placed it on the top of the list and it was scheduled to ship today. It's 7:30pm, my card hasn't been charged and I haven't received a tracking number. I'm not the least bit surprised. I'm calling tomorrow to cancel my order and get a refund for the membership. I refuse to be lied to anymore.

i can say this...it was all packed very nicely and included all of the hardware.
it took forever...they told me they had sent it...and hadn't.
i am no longer bitter.
but, i think this will be the last time i deal with DDM.

That's good sean now get it on the Ti. Well i talked to DDM and it wasn't good. Well he said they recieved the shipment of DEPOs. But mine will not be shipped because there's people ahead of me for the DEPOs. Well I too like Jess don't get where the membership we payed for comes in. I guess I'm not getting the up front shipping like they say on their website.

Well this time they didn't give me a date. He said sometime next week or the week after that. So i guess i'll wait and call next week. I really want the DEPOs and the mirrors so i guess it's worth the wait. Also he said they were gonna put two guys to work over the weekend on the DEPOs so they can ship out more next week.

What about you Jess did you call them to get a refund?

it might be that there are so many people with the membership that it doesn't really make a difference

i don't think so. But i could be wrong. Look at Jess he lives like what 3 hours away or something and he still hasn't recieved anything. But i'll just chill and just wait but it would be cool if i got my things by next week. The thing that gets me is that I have been lied to about my shipping 3 times.

a company that is based on lies and broken promises will never end well. then need to get they priorities straight and lying to their customers is the last thing they should be doing.

any customer i know would rather be told their products actual eta and wait the 2-3 weeks rather than be told this week and have to call back 3-5 times and keep getting promises of a little longer.

it would make for happier customers and less calls. with less calls they could be getting actual work done so those shipments would be sent sooner.

if i were getting the lights at such a good price i would understand if they told me it will take 3 weeks to arrive, sometimes waiting comes with good deals because of all the business it brings them. but to be lied to and told it will be a week just lets you down!

DDM get your priorities straight! be honest with your customers!

You guys should be posting this over at bimmerforums.. As much as I hate to say it, it seems that vendors don't mind pissing off the 318ti crowd...

Bfc seems to think these guys rock.. The owners post over there as well, so put it out there for all of that forum to see, and see if the guys that own this company take care of you then.

I don't mind waiting for a product. I waited for my UUC brake kit, and I waited for my TcKline suspension kit... Both TcKline and UUC made sure to give me the right answer every time. With UUC they were waiting on calipers from Wilwood. So every time I called they couldn't give me the exact ship date. They didn't know when or how many calipers they were going to get. But they made sure to tell me exactly what was going on when I called.

I've found that most car parts, aftermarket, etc.. kind of places are not that good about email. I almost always call for status on an order.
