I raced a car in a 12 hour enduro with all red it was good for forward vision , harder to catch the needles out of the corner of your eye... Yea sometimes its about style.... I had a rental car a while back,,,(i rent all the time for work and travel...) It was a Mazda I think, had blue gauges, screwed with me so bad I took it back and got a Chevy.. Cheers. Dave | yeah, eyes are amazing, in my Mazdaspeed 3, i had gauges with a blue backlighting, red lettering, and a red needle, never really had trouble seing it. As far as Watching the tach goes, the built in 3 stage shift light should keep me from overrevving without looking, and the warnings on the PLX flash red and whit on the screen, so maybe ill get a few speeding tickets , but otherwise i dont see it causing me too much hassle oh man, i dont know if i have the heart to put this baby through the hell of an enduro race, but yeah, i gotcha __________________ Eurotary 313ti-Rx coming soon.....soon is a relative term | | | 10-10-2012, 05:16 AM | #333 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2011 Location: SoFla Posts: 482 | anybody got any ideas on what i should do with the OBC spot? it is pretty much just a hole atm and the OBC is useless to me now anyways 1. what should i put there? 2. anybody need an OBC? if you want it ill sell it cheap __________________ Eurotary 313ti-Rx coming soon.....soon is a relative term | | | 10-10-2012, 02:43 PM | #334 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2011 Location: Florida Posts: 404 | A tire pressure monitor? | | | 10-10-2012, 05:24 PM | #335 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2011 Location: SoFla Posts: 482 | I like that idea, anybody else? __________________ Eurotary 313ti-Rx coming soon.....soon is a relative term | | | 10-10-2012, 05:27 PM | #336 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2009 Location: Ft Defiance, AZ Posts: 686 | second the tire pressure monitor, id kill for one while tracking/autocrossing __________________ 1999 BMW 318ti 2005 MINI Cooper S | | | 10-10-2012, 06:08 PM | #337 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2011 Location: SoFla Posts: 482 | ok, now does anybody know where i can find one in the size im looking for? __________________ Eurotary 313ti-Rx coming soon.....soon is a relative term | | | 10-11-2012, 03:24 AM | #338 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Portland Or Posts: 2,666 | Tire-rack carrys some...
