The offset for the front is 40 and the rear are 45. I want bigger tires. Trying to give it a nicer fit. I probably go with 255/40 next time. | | | 04-15-2010, 01:26 AM | #25 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2010 Location: Atlanta Posts: 233 | Quote: Originally Posted by Phamster Day 3 Didn't do anything but i received some goodies. | *DroooooL | | | 04-22-2010, 04:11 AM | #26 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: Round Rock, TX Posts: 399 | Day 4 Sanded down the whole car. Still have some body work to do. Today i work focus more on flaring the fenders out. Before flaring out the fenders more. These were rolled before. The after pic... Same with the other side. Picture of how i flare them out. I know i could do it a different way but this way was easier for me. After i rolled/flare my fender i will add panel bond to seal that gap up and to keep it from rusting. | | | 04-22-2010, 04:12 AM | #27 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: Round Rock, TX Posts: 399 | Bondo!! That's it. I will sand the bondo down next time and do more body work to it. | | | 04-22-2010, 05:45 AM | #28 | Junior Member Join Date: Apr 2010 Location: IN Posts: 8 | Looking good, subscribed | | | 04-22-2010, 06:20 AM | #29 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2007 Location: Elizabeth City, NC Posts: 3,877 | Since you are doing all that fender work why not get E39 fitment wheels for the rear? Are you planning on using spacers in the rear? __________________ ~Dave~ 98 328ti Morea Grun slicktop 11 128i space gray slicktop 13 JGC WK2 Deep Cherry Search | RealOEM | | | 04-22-2010, 07:09 AM | #30 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: Boston, MA Posts: 1,152 | Just when we didn't hear from you for a long time you pop back up and start a DIY paint job again.
