which aftermarket manufacturer are we referring too? As you know, there are several makers offerings these M3 look a likes.

The lip I'm using right now is polyurethane so I don't really have to worry about cracking, etc. But, I do plan on purchasing an M3 spoiler in the near future so it would be good to know which one to avoid.
it came with the car, I have no idea who made it. But 2 things that stood out, first it had a Euro plate, not US plate holder. the moldings didnt have the ripple / fake leather look, there super smooth.
The only after market bumper that I've ever picked up that met or passed OEM was Rieger.
