Video from a session at VIR last weekend. My first event in NASA HPDE2, I had a few faster guys ride with me on Sunday and they gave me some good tips where to carry more speed.
Also if anyone is interested, my car w/M44 gets 13.2mpg on track, lol.

I haven't driven it seen the repaving. Is that stock? 2:30 is pretty good. I usually turn 2:30 on the old track with a lucky 2:28 in the right conditions.

The guys who've run old and new say the new track is faster, there is more pavement to track out onto. You'd probably be faster than a 2:28 now Steven.
Motor has midnight tune, fogg airbox, and exhaust. Refreshed 3.45lsd, tck sa coils 450f/700r. Big front sway bar, no rear bar. Max neg camber vorshlag plates up front, rear is still stock alignment. Vented rotors in front, stock rears with PFC z pads and ate typ 200 fluid. Wheels are 17x8.5 arc8, 245/40/17 Dunlop z2.
Front seats are sparco r100s, rear seats removed. I really need to get track pads, the PFC z have worked really well and not faded but a PFC 08 is what I want to try.
This winter I'm going to get a roll bar, fixed back seats, and harnesses. Need to improve safety. Going to get a Hans or necksgen too.
I might end up building it for TT eventually. I'd really love to find some 15x9 wheels and run smaller sticky tires, 225/45/15 would be fun and are way cheaper than 17s. A light 15 and tire would save almost 10lb per corner and give better gearing for the m44. With a 3.45 it would top out at 133mph in 5th, I think that's reasonable for the 4cyl. I never shifted out of 4th at vir.

2:30 is very good for an M44. If I gutted the car I'd get a few more seconds. Don't remember what my diff is, H&R race springs and Koni SA. I don't think I've ever went past 115 on the front straight. Too busy to notice the speed on the back.
A few things you could do different but from what I saw you had a lot of traffic.
Fixed seats will help keep you planted.
I downloaded iRacing and VIR. I'll need to stick with that for a little while.

Yeah the event was for both NASA southeast and mid Atlantic, all the classes were packed. I has lots of traffic that session but finally got a clear lap at the end.
I picked up some good tips on Sunday from my friend who runs an integra in TTE. He set the tte lap record at 2:14 early on Sunday. Basically he wanted me to carry more speed through turn 10 and brake for rollercoaster in one smooth zone. He also helped me carry more speed through hog pen.
Watching his video, I just need to get more used to the car squirming around and being "loose" to really push faster. He is at the limits of traction during his whole fast lap.

People have different places to brake in rollercoaster. I brake on the right and a light tap entering hogpen. It helps plant the nose better. Instructors hate it when I do that. I noticed that my track out at hogpen is smoother. Same exit speed whether I brake or not, but much smoother when I do brake.
A light brake at the top of the esses before the left hander and track all the way out.
Hope things change for me next year so I can get back out there. Another place to carry speed longer is at end of the back straight. Instead of going towards the left you brake more towards the center.
Overall, looked good! Would love to get out on track with you.

The passenger you can see in a couple of shots is fellow .org member Klijian (Chris) who moonlights for NCRC, the group I track with mostly.

It's been a long time since I last participated on this board. I used to be pretty prolific here, believe it or not. However, life gets more complex and takes many different paths, so one's time becomes much more scarce when kids (x3), work, wife, and trying your hand at entrepreneurship take center stage. I'm proud to say, that despite all that, I still have my beloved RE 330ti. It has a few little upgrades Ive done which I hope to post about soon. For now, I leave you with my last track day a few weeks ago with my buddy in his new 2015 Porsche Cayman GTS chasing me around Thunderhhill east. His car is easily faster but I may be a little more handy with the wheel. The ti is running a new TC Klien SA Koni setup with 400# springs all around, MZC sway bars, and 225/245 17 Bridgestone RE-11 (v.1). These tires are pretty awesome and the new v.2 RE-11A is even better. Warm up action up to the 3 min mark and then the chase begins at 10:45. I was trying my best to stay ahead of him.
Video from March VIR with NASA Mid Atlantic. The car got a kirk rollbar, kirkey road race seats, and harnesses over the winter. I also swapped the 3.73 I had in instead of the 3.45.
The rollbar made an awesome difference in how solid the chassis felt. I was hitting the curbs and the suspension was soaking up the bumps. Last fall when I hit curbs it would really unsettle the chassis.
My new personal best is a 2:28.3, gopro battery died during that session though. Video of an earlier session is below. I have a bad habit of not committing to the throttle through the exit of a turn. The car has plenty of grip and doesn't oversteer, I just need to stay in it and go.
Next event will be CMP in May.
