I got the book in the PDF format required by the print house, sent them the file to review, and I need to make further changes before it is ready to print. These are the sort of things I was afraid f and why I had an outside editor lined up to handle these things. (She has the prior publishing experience to deal with these technical details on the front end, rather than the back end). BUT, I will try to clean this up and get it back to them for re-review early next week. So, keep the confirmations coming in, and I will keep perfecting this. Once ready, I am told a ten working day turn time is normal. So, I think we will still make it in time for Christmas. (I probably just jinxed myself saying that). Anyway, thank you all for your patience as this gets done. Happy Thanksgiving! | | | 11-27-2017, 05:16 AM | #97 | Junior Member Join Date: May 2012 Location: Waverly,NE Posts: 25 | I'm still in | | | 12-04-2017, 05:09 PM | #98 | Junior Member Join Date: Feb 2015 Location: GA Posts: 10 | Count me in Jim! | | | 12-15-2017, 05:23 AM | #99 | Member Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: Chicago Posts: 33 | Checking in to see if there's an update to this? | | | 12-23-2017, 09:00 AM | #100 | Junior Member Join Date: Dec 2016 Location: Illinois Posts: 2 | Count me in as well. Anyone who has the old version want to sell me their copy? I am ready to start my transplant now and could use the swap manual immediately.
