These are genuine Euro Hella headlights, no plastic aftermarket stuff. Great condition, no broken tabs! Glass lenses, so no faded plastic any more! Plug & Play, no work on the wiring harness needed. Unbox them and install them, that's it! I can now also provide city lights with the headlights, everything you will need will be installed on the headlights already. 150$ shipped to anywhere in the US __________________ Want car parts? Many of the early e36s had these and a lot of the old DTM/touring cars ran them. These are not recommended if you plan on running xenons. That said, do you have any without the little dots on the top of the glass? | | | 09-30-2014, 08:01 AM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2010 Location: Riverside ,So-Cal Posts: 725 | Interested __________________ EURO FRESH | | | 09-30-2014, 10:19 PM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2013 Location: Germany Posts: 375 | Quote: Originally Posted by dakar217 FYI these work on all e36s and are non-projector housings. So with these glass headlights there isn't a risk of melting or burning down any plastic lenses because of the heat that Xenon produces. I'm not even sure if there are Compact headlights that have been produced without nipples - at least for these headlights! The Bosch Euro glass projector headlights DO come with and without the nipples. (I offer these, too. ) __________________ Want car parts? A halogen headlight with fluted lenses will scatter light everywhere and blind oncoming traffic when a HID bulb is put in place. __________________ 2000 M5 -> 1996 318ti -> 1997 328i Instagram: ndrewchow YouTube: MINIzguy | | | 10-01-2014, 05:26 AM | #11 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Bremerhaven, Germany Posts: 977 | Quote: Originally Posted by angelicmisskitty In Germany we actually only had them in the Compact / TI model, all the other models had different headlights (with other housings, bulbs and plugs). ... | I found it a little funny not to see these Hella units on the ti's exported to the U.S., given their DOT/SAE markings. BMW put them on compacts sent to other markets.
