Any serious buyer will ask for additional pics as needed or inspect the car first hand before purchase. How would you rate the car overall and what are your reasons for selling? I know it can be hard to accommodate all of our demands but this a great forum and we are only trying to help you get what the vehicle is worth. As requested, here are some *preliminary* shots of my Club Sport. I'll get the full post together this weekend. In the meantime, let me know if you have any questions. | | | 04-12-2013, 01:54 AM | #20 | Junior Member Join Date: Apr 2013 Location: Charleston, SC Posts: 29 | A few more... Where in Charleston are you located? Has this always been a southern car? Maintenance history since 1999? | | | 04-12-2013, 02:03 AM | #22 | Junior Member Join Date: Apr 2013 Location: Charleston, SC Posts: 29 | And to answer your questions: Overall, very good condition. I need to sell because my wife and I just had our first child and I needed to get a wagon. If I had the room to keep it properly stored, I would - but it deserves to be driven. It has been my faithful daily driver since 1999. Fortunately, I've always had short commutes. 162,XXX on the clock. I've changed the oil and filter every 3500 miles with high quality dinosaur juice. Aftermarket mods include K&N cone filter, Supersprint Exhaust and Turner Motorsport Short Shift. The radio/cd is aftermarket and works, but an upgrade is certainly deserved. Open to questions - Thanks for your interest. While in MD it saw very little snow/salt and I always gave the entire car a good wash if salt was used on the roads. I've been able to perform most of the maintenance on this car myself (fluids, plugs, etc.). A good friend of mine who is a mechanic has performed other work, including belts and replacing the god-forsaken window regulators. The new suspension and brakes were purchased from Bav Auto and installed by Gerald's here in Charleston. I think I have those receipts...I'll double check. Honestly, the only thing this car needs is some TLC, including some minor trim work around the lower windshield and replacing the boot around the antenna. There is only a small spot of rust on one of the wheel wells. Picture forthcoming... | | | 04-12-2013, 02:11 AM | #24 | Junior Member Join Date: Apr 2013 Location: Charleston, SC Posts: 29 | The little bubble. Back right wheel well. Honestly the only rust blemish I've found, but I'll take a closer look! | | | 04-16-2013, 10:42 PM | #25 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2008 Location: The Atomic City Posts: 318 | Very nice car! Sorry for the lack of updated pictures. The weather and pollen have not been cooperating. Let me know when you'll be in the charleston area and we can arrange a drive. | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
