The sheet of ABS was $22, and the hardware was about $5 from advance auto. No real DIY, the pictures should explain themselves. Thanks for looking the ABS sheet uncut step one, traced the shape of the mouth on the backside of the cover laid down the lamb chops to shape the backside of the panel | | | 07-20-2011, 06:01 AM | #2 | Moderator Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: Maryland Posts: 3,220 | | | | 07-20-2011, 06:01 AM | #3 | Moderator Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: Maryland Posts: 3,220 | The design is still early in its stages, I know it's ugly as heck, but it's better than no panel. I plan on polishing up the tracing soon and give it another go since I have another M bumper to mess with while this one is on the car. I'm very confident in the quality of the material and the mounting, it's not going anywhere. Some of the edges are still kinda rough, but I'll sand them down some before putting the bumper back on. Once again thanks for looking. If anyone wants anymore details feel free to PM me | | | 07-20-2011, 06:15 AM | #4 | NOBODY F's with the Jesus Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Ventura California Posts: 7,824 | Awesome!
