I truely hope he gets screwed on some parts just like he did me in the near future, same attitude and all. | HMM Did you try forwarding his email to Paypal? It might be proof of your story? Also, did he use USPS to ship? I got a refund when I had the postal inspector show up at a dudes door for mail-fraud.... I like the hooker idea,,, KAOS!!!! The guy taunting you is not cool, but, what are you going to do? Where did you commence this transaction? Here? Bimmerforums? Any members from his area on this board? A personal visit from someone expressing their displeasure, in the nicest possible way may go far? Have not had a lot of luck with paypal either, if someone is crooked, they know how to use the system to their advantage. Also, if he won't pick up your phone have someone with an iphone call with you joined in, record then post. I did a bit of Google seaches on him before this and had some information so when we exchanged 37 Text messages I told him I was a PI and had many pictures of him and some were so good I could see he was wearing fake Oakleys (from Google search) plus many other details about his fat wife and about his hobbies and such. He freaked and called me immediately saying he was going to shoot me if I showed up, I was calm and stated firmly I was showing up with the police since I was good friends with them and sorry but he would be shot if he pulled a gun. He immediately stated go to your computer I'm refunding your money to your paypal account, don't show up here. I kindly stated I will mail your MAF back to you tomorrow a$$hole and hung up. I got my refund and I will ship him back the incorrect MAF he sent me tomorrow. Damn the things I have to do to get my money back from a douch bag now a days. I still have never lost any money on the internet and I'll be damned if I don't try everything possible to get it back when a deal goes bad I had to stoop real low on this one, but hey I got my $70 back | | | 10-21-2010, 03:57 AM | #29 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2008 Location: Bethlehem, PA Posts: 1,106 | that is def the best story i heard in awhile __________________ Check out our new website! https://soltechsolutionsllc.com/ Green Your Decor with the Aspect! I sent him a friendly email stating that what he is doing is called electronic fraud. It's a serious offence and we have a special task force to deal with such situations called the Federal Police (with a link attached). I told him it wasn't worth him going to Jail over $150. I had wired the money to his bank account, so I had his details. It wouldn't be hard to track down. I reminded him it would be in his best interest to either refund the money or ship the item ASAP. Within 30 mins, I got a reply saying he'll ship the item and within a couple of days I received it lols.
