Default brake pistons

Hey guys,

I decided to rebuild my front and rear ///M calipers. I found the fronts to be in pretty bad shape. The boot on one of them wasn't on correctly. The piston has some rust and slight pitting. I lightly sanded and used my dremel to polish it up. I'll try again and see if I can get it better. I searched for some new pistons but can't seem to find any...

What do you guys suggest?

Before

After
