Oil Filter Housing - Question/Advice

Good Morning – I’m looking to tap into the ‘ALL the EXPERTISE’ that resides within the 318ti community. I discovered a small oil leak recently and after reading all the blogs, I was positive that the leak was coming from the Oil Filter Housing and sure enough it’s the source of the leak. I picked up the gasket, the 2 O-Rings and the bush from BMW. My question is this:

The bush has a 2 small O-Rings wrapped around the top and bottom (see pic – highlights in red). Do I need to insert an additional O-Ring into the Oil Filter Housing or will the Bush with the 2 O-Rings suffice? Picture provided. Secondly, do I need to insert an O-Ring into the opening on the block that houses the Oil Filter Housing unit?
