Default FS (again): Super Clean 1997 318ti Hatchback - OEM+ Look [SOLD]

Well, I have been thinking about selling my Ti for a while now, and since I just got laid off - I am ready. I don't absolutely need to sell her at this time, but it would be nice to have some extra cash for the time being. That being said - NO LOWBALL OFFERS - this is a very well maintained, adult owned, ti and I am asking $5000. Trust me - you will be very hard pressed to find a nicer ti for this kind of $$$.

Basic Info:
1997 Base Model (159,XXX Miles)
Hellrot Red (waxed every couple of months)
Clean Black Cloth Interior (no rips / wear spots)
NO ACCIDENTS & CLEAN CA TITLE (tags good until September 2010)

Engine Mods:
Dinan CAI
Dinan Software

Suspension & Handling:
Lowered with H&R Coilovers (sits pretty low right now)
Brand New Front Brakes (Brembo Rotors)
OE DSI's with 4 Good Tires (Kuhmo Ecsta ASX)

ICE:
Stock 10 Speaker Head Unit & Speakers
iPod Hookup

Other Tid Bits:
Euro Tails
Clear Corners & Sides
Euro Front Plate Holder
ACS Shift Knob
ACS Floor Mats (pretty worn out)
VW MKIII Front Lip

In the last 12 months I have replaced 2 tires, the front brake pads & rotors, replaced the spark plugs, and flushed the PS fluid. Overall the car is in very good physical / mechanical condition and has been well taken care of by myself & previous owner. Always Mobil 1 / Synthetic, and not driven hard. This car should last another 100,000 miles easy.

The car is by no means perfect and does have a few nicks, dents, and imperfections. The seal around the windshield is cracking, as is the antenna gasket. The AC / Fan control light doesn't work (all other lights do). The airbag light is on. And the hood is a little messed up (PO damage). The brakes also sometimes squeak when hot, and I cant tell if it is the front or rears. Maybe they are just dirty.

Overall this is a great car and has served me well over the past 3 years, and I am sure I will end up missing it. I just purchased an E30 as a DD and don't need this TI any more. Anyways, if you are interested, want more information, or more pictures just let me know.
