Default Magnecore Q!

so I got new wires for my car.. 8.5 (red) Magnecores.

they connect fine and the car feels good, but the wires do not fit into the looms (which I new before I got them from reading other threads on this topic) making them too long... soooooo, here is the question.

Can I take them somewhere to be cut down to size, so they go nicely & evenly from the coil sockets & directly into their respective plug holes (over the top INSTEAD wrepped around the hot cylinder head)??

Or would the shorter than intended wire do something to the resistance/conductivity, ant therefore F-up my new wires??
