Manual or Auto Easy way to tell is by the wheels. 15" steel - base 16" 10 spoke - active cruise, computer - most likely an active __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti • 2003 MINI Cooper S • 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | 12-21-2005, 06:33 AM | #8 | Junior Member Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: Middlesex, NJ Posts: 8 | Its a 5-speed (stick) as orginally posted and I'm pretty sure it has 5 spoke Factory wheels on it not sure if 15 or 16" I'll get more details on it this weekend and we can figure out exactly what model it is | | | 12-21-2005, 07:03 AM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2004 Location: Virginia Posts: 368 | 5-spoke 15" were the standard Active package wheels for 1998. Look at the first rear 3/4 photo. __________________ My Former Rides 1999 318ti Alpine White, Cali Roof, Dinan goodies 1996 318ti Hellrot California Edition | | | 12-27-2005, 08:23 PM | #13 | Junior Member Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: Middlesex, NJ Posts: 8 | yup, one of those self-standing basket-ball poles fell on it.
