just adding bigger injectors w/o fuel managment won't do any good.

probably going to need a 5 speed swap also, esp for any significant power upgrades.

Personally, if it were either a swap or an S/C, I'd like to get the S/C.
It doesn't upset the balance of the car. (6 cylinder = heavier)
If you swap motors, you would want to changeo ut your whole suspension and brake system...(like M3 front suspension and M coupe rear suspension with M3 front brakes)

You might want to do a tranny swap because I don't think that our autos would be able to take so much power...

swaps are played out IMHO.

love your 4cyl, son!

EDIT: s50/52 swaps are played out.
I'll give props to s54 or the euro s50b32 with individual throttle bodies.

other than that:
love you 4cyl, son!

Yeah, I personally think that our M44s and M42s are better than everyone thinks...

As much as I like the M44, the aluminum block from the Z3 appeals to me. Especially with a turbo

Ok, how much heavier is the 6cyl? Well put it this way, ok yea its heavier, but you getting 100 extra horses. Its not like your swapping for something heavier for same HP anyway. Get what i mean? Im not thrashing you, im just saying. Leaving all the brakes and susp aside.

It doesn't need park distance control, and hates decadence. It is musclepacked, yet lightly wound. It lets you feel the asphalt and get you going with the smallest touch of the pedal. It provokes, seduces, and demands to be driven hard. It looks, sounds, and smells like performance.

he means that it will throw off the balance of the car with the added weight in the front end. Not that it will weigh down the car making it slower.
