Hey all, Like i said in the other fourm I just have recived my new 318ti. Im suprised how fast it is considering the fact it hasnt been touched or even looked by a mechanic since it was born in 97'. I looked around under the hood, the battery has alot of acid build-up around it. So thats the first thing im going to do, is change the battery. Im looking for a good performance battery& spark plugs. Any suggestions?? Any other suggestions to increase my proformace? Im also thinking about getting a K&N filter... please help -adam | | | 07-20-2005, 08:32 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: England, UK Posts: 1,288 | i'd go for the standard air filter, remove the baffle from the box and fog it. You could get a new exhaust system too but performance increase will be minimal, but it should sound nice __________________ 1995 BMW 316i Cosmos Black Mods: • Magnex Cat-Back Exhaust • Smoked Corner Lights + Repeators • M3 17" Wheels • De-Baffled Air Box • AC HandBrake Handle and Gear Knob • DEPO Euro Epsiloids + Predator Chronium Rings • Chrome Interior bits •IE Poly-Urethane RSFMs • Kenwood Power Series Audio • Powder Coated e36 325 Front Callipers • Sports Seats | | | 07-20-2005, 08:58 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: England, UK Posts: 1,288 | but skip all that and go for real power....
