Default Missing the rotor set screws

A couple months ago I took a long road trip. In the middle of the trip, a front caliper seized, and I had to get an emergency brake job in New Orleans. Well, earlier today, I had my wheels off, and I noticed that those schmucks neglected to install the little Allen bolts that hold the rotors in place.

How worried should I be about this? I made it home from New Orleans, so it can't be that bad, right?

No need to worry. It's just there so the rotor doesn't fall on your foot when removing the tire. Most likely the rotor is seized to the hub anyway.
