Question Will this work with my 96 Ti??

I'm new to BMW and clueless when it comes to wheels and rims. So I'm looking at these 16 inch rims. They are the right lug size 5x120, but I'm not sure about the offset. The 5 spoke is a +47mm offset, no idea about the other rim. I also have no idea about the current wheels on my Ti (just got the car from my bro). Current wheels are stock 15in BMW rims with 205-50-15 tires on them. Any one know if either of these rims will work with no mods necessary??

the bmw/bbs wheels on the left will fit fine as for the wheels on the right i dont know, but should work well. i like the bbs wheel on the right better though.
