What brand to you have in mind? From the top of my head, it seems like it would be the same price either way for most shocks. Bilstein only makes M & non-M front shocks, so you would buy the non-M version. Then just buy the Bilstein E30 rear shocks (not for the convertible models). No difference whether they are for a 328i or 318ti.
