Default Freshest M44

I know, I know. It's not a TI. But can anybody find a lower mileage M44?

Ad states the mileage isn't a misprint, but says nothing of the price being a typo.

Why on earth somebody would buy one of the cheapest E36's in 1996 and then not drive it?

Ya... Not sure why anyone would buy it for that price either. Such low mileage makes me think there is going to be a lot of cracked/old rubber that will need to be replaced. He also never mentioned how/why the mileage stayed so low.
