Cosmo CAI, BeneVento Wind Deflector

I recently purchased a '98 318ti that had these items on it all in used condition but intact w/ some wear and scratches. Here is a link to my album containing all the below items:

The CAI includes chrome "Cosmo R" exterior badges, red filter element, 2 blue rubber double hose clamp fittings and 2 blue 3" dia pipes. Long pipe has approximately 45degree bend on one end, short pipe has same bend. This lists new on the Cosmo Racing site for $105.00 if it is not the EVO model which sell for $155. (sorry guys, was not sure from the pics and descriptions on their site)

The Wind Deflector has a complete new hardware kit and two pivoting baffles. It is 65.5" wide by 6" deep by 2" tall. It is designed to rest on the roof resting on rubber edged bottom. It clips to front of sunroof opening, no adhesive. Lists new for $95.

Front LP delete shows some wear but looks good.

Stereo cassette is stock original, told it works but have not tried it.

Please make me a fair offer. Not looking for a lot but would like to make enough to get a set of black floor mats from eBay and maybe a screwdriver and allen/sunroof tools to complete my toolkit. Would consider a trade and can do Pay Pal. Willing to sell separately. Shipping from 30542 any carrier and speed buyer wishes and pays for.
