You can ask me questions about it. I haven't seen it yet, but if someone is interested I can go take a look or meet up with you or whatever. 1991 318iS (E30) 5spd Manual Transmission Tan leather interior New tires Basket weave wheels PA Inspection until June 106k miles Has been garage kept, but will not be anymore soon. He said he only drives it two months a year or so. He has relatively new belts and hoses and the like. No problems with it. Its been professionally detailed recently. I do not have pictures. He is saying $4100 firm. He has been getting offers below that and won't take them. The owner lives near Phoenixville, PA and I live about 15 minutes south of that in Malvern, PA. __________________ 1997 TI Sport, Silver | | | 10-24-2008, 07:24 PM | #2 | Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2008 Location: N/A Posts: 29 | j | | | 10-24-2008, 07:41 PM | #3 | Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2008 Location: N/A Posts: 29 | j | | | 10-24-2008, 07:47 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: Pismo Beach, CA Posts: 500 | Good luck getting $4k for that car. Its an E30 with low miles, you cant add value for upkeeping. Id say $3.5 would be fair to move quickly. __________________ Joe, In San Luis Obispo E30-> '96 TI sport -> E30 -> '96 TI | | | 10-24-2008, 08:41 PM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Minneapolis Posts: 1,587 | Yeah, $4,100 seems awfully steep for an 18 year-old 4 cylinder. | | | 10-25-2008, 03:02 AM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: Malvern, PA Posts: 373 | yeah. he said he had been getting a bunch of offers for 3500. i don't think he's worried about it moving particularly quickly. 4100 seems a little high to me too, but its not particularly overpriced either. __________________ 1997 TI Sport, Silver | | | 10-25-2008, 03:03 AM | #7 | Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2008 Location: N/A Posts: 29 | j | | | 10-25-2008, 03:07 AM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: Malvern, PA Posts: 373 | white. from the way he described it, it seems immaculate. im' gonna try to go take pictures on sunday. __________________ 1997 TI Sport, Silver | | | 10-25-2008, 03:08 AM | #9 | Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2008 Location: N/A Posts: 29 | j | | | 10-25-2008, 05:26 PM | #10 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2008 Location: Hawaii Kai Posts: 232 | A 100K E30 318is is easily worth 4100. I love how people get all up tight over 600 measly bucks....we're talking about a entire car here. You could spend 600 on a few enterior mods for any car. Just ante up and buy a car that will always be worth 4K if kept up. The 91 318is is turning into a cult car. I loved mine. | | | 10-27-2008, 08:42 PM | #11 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: Malvern, PA Posts: 373 | Sorry for the delay. I was away all weekend. I'm trying though guys __________________ 1997 TI Sport, Silver | | | 10-27-2008, 10:00 PM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: Malvern, PA Posts: 373 | update: i spoke with him. its dark and about to rain right now, so we can't meet up. tomorrow we will be meeting up to take pictures in the early evening, and i'll have them up by the end of the night. __________________ 1997 TI Sport, Silver | | | 10-27-2008, 10:01 PM | #13 | Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2008 Location: N/A Posts: 29 | j | | | 10-29-2008, 02:20 AM | #14 | Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2008 Location: N/A Posts: 29 | j | | | 10-29-2008, 03:09 AM | #15 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: Malvern, PA Posts: 373 | the files are uploading as i'm writing this. they will all be here: http://s217.photobucket.com/albums/c...ahrgang/318is/ even if you have PMed me expressing interest, if you are still interested after you see the pictures then I will respond with his phone number. Thanks guys EDIT: Forgot... I walked around the car. it really is virtually immaculate. There is one picture of a tear in the leather. that is the left, bottom side of the drivers seat. Other than that there are a couple chips of paint missing from the front bumper from rocks. everything else looks great. all new rubber boots and hoses and belts and stuff inside the engine. new tires. didn't see any major scuffs on the wheels. I only took a pic of one so you could see the style. I did not test drive. I had somewhere to be, and it was cold and windy and rainy lol. __________________ 1997 TI Sport, Silver | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
