Tell us more about your lifestyle, that plays a big part in a recommendation. Do you drive friends or family around? Are you active in sports that would require a roof rack? What is more important: speed, handling, looks, etc...

I have driven both, very different cars! So it depends if you need to have more that 1 spare seat and no were to put your golf clubs then you can get the S2k but You should go drive them before you buy them thats for sure!!

Yeah, 330ci is a very nice BMW. Some of the newer ones with all of the crazy electronics do have some issues, but what BMW doesn't have some minor electronic issues...

The 2000 is a great car for what it is, but not practical for me. It also did not fit me well, I was to tall for the car with the roof up, and I'm not that tall. But there is little else in that price range that will be able to handle as well and be as fast on a track as a stock s2000 is.

Check out the insurance and take that into account. An S2000 will probably be more expensive as I would imagine they get stolen more often for the "racing" honda parts.

ehh insurance is not a big issue to me, if im going to get either i better have the money for insurance. well i usually only have one or 2 people in my car most of the time its just one person or im alone. usually when we go out as a group i dont drive and if i do we take another car. i dont care that the s2k has only 1 seat it doesnt bother me. i dont drive family around and i am not involved in any sports. i basically drive to work and school. i drove the s2k many times and i cant get enough of how it feels. it seems like the power band never ends! the 330 i know is fast and has A LOT of torque. now i personally want the s2000 because its a conv. fun car to drive and has power for when you want it and it can handle like no ones business hahahaha sooooooooo on that info what do you think is better for me?

I test drove a S2000 a couple of years ago... 3 things I did not like:

a- has not that much under 5K or so - needs to be reved HIGH for it to come alive IMO (when it does though, its a blast).
b- could not put the seat back as much as wanted to - felt like sitting in a school bench (nature of 2 seat drop tops I guess - a TT I drove had the same problem)
c- the speedometer looks like something of a 87 Buick Skylark (digital crap - eye sore)

..otherwise nice car.

Sounds to me like you already have your answer. Not sure what other information we can give you.
