98 ti has a fuel smell only when the tank is full. Not super strong, but definitely noticeable. I popped the rear seat and fuel pump covers out to inspect. Nothing i can see through the access hole is wet. Anyone run across this before? JB Weld sells a two-part urethane adhesive for bonding plastics such as polyethylene. I would try that before an epoxy if the part has any kind of flex to it. Its big drawback, if it is like all the urethane and polyurethane adhesives I have used, is that it does not have a very long shelf life – so you want to check that it is pretty fresh
