I have owned it besides my sister taking possession for a short time since 2008. Had 99k when we bought today it sits at 149 and change. Few mods to the car but nothing outrageous, Replaced the OEM C33 with a aftermarket Kenwood Deck that is not tacky. Has ZKW EU lights with no HID's in them nor angle eye's if you want a set of angel eyes I can include the units and you can install. New Nissen radiator last year from BAV Auto, New Thermostat and housing from BMW OEM Oct 14 New belts in Oct 14 No codes presently and passed inspection Air bag on passenger side intermittently trips when seat is pushed to hard but resets with Peake tool and stays out till next time kids get in back seat. Has E46 17x7 steel rims with Dunlop Graspic snows on it presently as I use it as an airport car. tends to sit on my base for a week or two at a time while I am flying. Has new OEM antenna and base and gasket. More details later I'm headed to bed tired long day. Selling because we are purchasing another home and just thinning the herd a bit. 9 vehicles is a bit much and I tend to agree with my wife now. Greg There are some photo's in profile of the car. Car has Bilstein PSS9's in the car. Would like 4K obo reasonable offer. I have done Valve cover gaskets and light bulbs and plate lights. I also had the drivers side resprayed and you would be hard pressed to notice the difference, when that got done the rear bumper was sanded and filled any divets from previous owner before sister and I. It had been a Boston car so had a ton of parking screws dings in the bumper. I am leaving the country this week again and our site does not work for some reason in Turkey or the Kuwait. So just jot a question here. Power steering line supply line was replaced and had a fluid replacement. | | | 03-19-2015, 06:33 AM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Sacramento, CA Posts: 2,451 | Nice TI Greg! In 09 I had the starter replaced by the same shop. I have the kenwood manual for it as well and records. | | | 03-20-2015, 02:28 AM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Sacramento, CA Posts: 2,451 | FWIW, I paid $4k for my 97 sport from a broker, very clean and fully stock, no upgrades with 180k on it. Yours has airbags, rear headrests and a three spoke steering wheel I believe. Priced fair. Any interior shots? __________________ 1998 318ti Sport - "Cali" Schwartz II/Schwartz sport interior, Cali top 1998 318ti Sport - "Max" Schwartz II/Schwartz sport interior, S52 1997 318ti Sport - "Tiny" Schwartz II/Schwartz sport interior 1995 318ti Active - "Blanca" Alpineweib III/Schwartz leather interior Other Current Bimmers: 2006 530i / 2000 2.3L Z3 / 1997 1.9L Z3 / 1999 540it 1997 318ti Sport - "Huera" - RIP 1995 318ti Active - RIP 1995 318ti Sport - "Tiny" Sold 1994 325i Sedan - "Jade" - Sold 1991 318ic - "Bert" - Sold 1985 635csi sold 1984 533i "Max" Sold 1984 318i sold BMWCCA #160411 SUPPORT 318ti.org! I am out at the jet waiting to leave to Germany and down range again. I do this every two weeks on average. It's a standard sport. I have the all the stuff to convert it to a manual but I have been limited by time the last few years with a complete house renovation and being back and forth with recalls to active duty. Now that I have secured my Active Duty retirement I am going to take the money and get another job for a three income family. Comes at a perfect time granted it's not the biggest amount but it will pay the mortgage and bills. | | | 03-21-2015, 04:03 AM | #9 | Member Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Montgomery, AL Posts: 50 | Where is the car located ?? | | | 03-21-2015, 04:56 AM | #10 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Sacramento, CA Posts: 2,451 | Quote: Originally Posted by stubear334 Where is the car located ?? | I think Greg is in New Hampshire or the Boston area.
